Is there a warehouse in UK ?

Yes, we have warehouse in UK.

Does the price includes delivery fee?

When i was registering or logining, can I subscribe? What the subscribe content will be ?

The subscribe content will be our new arrive/ hot sale/ promotion items. You can subscribe it as you need.

How to list the products from Justmae Dropshipping to my shop?

How to place my orders on Justmae Dropshipping?

It’s very easy and convenient to place order. You can place orders one by one or in batch. Here is our user guide. https://www.justmae.co.uk/dropshipping/user-guide

What is the packaging of the parcel?

All parcels are packaged by neutral postage bags. Some items will be packed with box to protect products.

What is the minimum order quantity?

No minimum order quantity limitation, but at least one piece.

What courier do you use?

Our company works with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and Hermes. Here is the details: https://www.justmae.co.uk/dropshipping/shipping-tracking.html  We will update the tracking number and courier name to Justmae Dropshipping system.

Does the products have UPC/EAN,ISBN/ASIN/Barcode?

We don’t offer all of these for our products. Please be ware.

Can you send me hot sale items?

The ‘Weekly Top’ zone on our website lists the weekly top 12 items. You may need to find the hot sale items in your marketplace by yourself.

When my order will be shipped after I make payment?

If you place order before 10 a.m, it will be disptached same day. If after 10 a.m, we will process orders and ship in next business day. We may process order and update tracking number on weekends or holidays, but the courier will only come to collect parcels on business days. The courier wont come to our warehouse to collect parcels on Saturday, Sunday and other holidays.

How can my orders be dispatched same day?

We process orders before 9:30 a.m GMT (10 a.m in Summer time) ( except weekends and holidays), so please place order on our website before 9:30 a.m GMT (10 a.m in Summer time) to make sure your orders can be dispatched same day.

When I can get the tracking numbers of my orders?

Tracking number will be updated at the same day as processing order. If you can’t see the tracking number after 2 business days (except weekends and holidays) in your account “My Orders”, please contact us by email.

What should I do if my customer didn’t receive parcel after a long time?

Royal Mail Large Letter takes 3-7 business days. If you didn’t receive after this time range, please contact us. We will help you solve this problem in time.


Is it available to cancel the order after made a payment?

If order didn’t be processed, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order. If order had been processed, then we need your customer to return the parcel. We will issue refund after receive the returned parcel. Refund will deduct the postage.

The parcel doesn’t deliver and it is returned. What should we do?

We will check what is the problem exactly. If it is Express issue/our mistakes, we will give full refund. If it is the address issue/ your buyers’ issue/your mistake, we will deduct the postage fee we paid and refund. Deduction amount is £1.2 for large letter service,  £3.3 for track48 service. Also you can pay the delivery fee again and ask to resend. Please contact us and we will help.

Do you replace it, if there are any parcels is missed or damaged?

Yes, it’s free to resend a new parcel for missed parcel or damages. If just not perfect as buyers expect, or there is a defect, customer can keep the goods with a compensation.

How to return the parcel?

Please contact us in time, emailservice@dropship.co.uk, we will serve for you with all sincerity.

What is the payment method?Can I use credit card or bank transfer?

We currently only support PayPal.

What is the return/ replacement policy?

Justmae Dropshipping accepts resend/return/refund services by parcel missed, lack of numbers, damages, wrong items. You can see more terms in details here: https://www.justmae.co.uk/dropshipping/return-exchange.html

How long can i receive the refund?

Refund will be returned to your PayPal account directly in 2-3 business days.

Is it available to put my companys logo on the packaging? Or brand the products?

We dont put papers or logos on the pacakging. And we dont brand the products for dropship.

How to become a member? Should I need to pay member fee?

Please create an account on our website with effective and true information. And check the FQA/ USER GUIDE and other Justmae Dropshipping information. There is no fees for membership.

Do you ship to other country? Any dropship service in other area?

We currently only support dropship service in United Kingdom. And only do dropship business on this unique website.

Any brand of the products? Can I have the authorization?

We dont sell branded products and there is no authorization. Please kindly noted of this. If the marketplace dont allow you to sell the items, please dont sell it. You may need to follow the marketplace rules.

I have some orders but there is no stock on your website. What can I do?

We update our stock quantity to our website every working days. Please kindly keep an eye of the stock level. If it is hot sale and in low stock, you can buy a big quantity to hold the stock for you  firstly. And also contact us to ask when more stock will come.

How to hold stock? And can I get refund if I don’t sell it any more?

Place hold order for the item. The order number will be started with HO letter. We will lock the stock in our system. And then you place the shipping orders to use the hold stock. Please don’t hold big stock to increase the risk for both of us.  Free to cancel hold stock and get refund within 2 weeks. If hold the stock over 2 weeks and need to cancel, we will charge 30% service charge.

Customer said didn’t receive but tracking is delivered. And customer open case on ebay?

Trust us for our cooperation firstly and contact us in time. If tracking shows delivered, then ask customer to find the parcel firstly. Maybe put in neighbour or in corridor. Otherwise, let customer to open case on ebay, you need to upload the tracking number to the case. And then let ebay judge it. You should win in some condition. If lose and refund the buyer, we will refund you.

What about made a mistake on placing dropship orders? How to solve this?

Sometimes our system can find out if the address is incomplete, or postcode is wrong. We will contact you and not ship the order.

If you find out the problem in time, please contact us to cancel orders asap.

The worst condition is we have shipped out. Then you need to place new order for your customer. When the courier return to us, we will deduct the post cost and refund the product value. Sometimes parcel missed, you need to bear all the lost.

Why the orders didn’t ship out in time and not tracking number?

Please contact us if your order didnt process in time if after weekends or holidays. Sometimes, the paypal will review the payment, so we can not receive the payment in time.

How to sync the stock quantity to my store?

Download the product files, the stock quantity included in the file. And then upload the stock quantity to your store. This will be the only way.

Would it be possible to add a customized note as a paid product?

Our label is fixed and plain package. There is no seller information. We process the orders by batch and would not be able to notice the notes in one order.
